Every day, your Reverse Recruiter will search for job opportunities that align with your exact job search preferences. These positions will be added to your custom job search portal for you to review. We kindly request that you quickly provide your approval or feedback on each job we recommend, so we can begin the application process promptly.

Job Applications

In addition to finding you jobs, we will be responsible for applying to each job that you approve or add into our job search portal yourself. We will submit applications for up to 4 jobs a day and customize your resume for most applications we submit.

Career Advice

Your Reverse Recruiter is available to chat with you to answer any career-related questions Monday through Friday from 9-5 pm ET. With their recruiting backgrounds and extensive knowledge of the hiring process, our Reverse Recruiters can advise you on various topics including job search strategies, networking, and more.

Our Premium package includes all the features of our Standard package and is enhanced with networking activities designed to connect you with potential employers, tap into the “hidden job market”, and significantly increase the number of interviews you receive. We consider networking to be the cornerstone of a successful job search. Our focus is on quality over quantity, ensuring that our networking efforts are personalized to your needs.

Although our approach is fully tailored to your search, you can generally expect a mix of the following types of networking:

  1. Job-specific networking: This involves sending custom LinkedIn messages and emails to ~3 individuals related to the specific jobs you have approved and for which we have submitted applications.
  2. Target company networking: This focuses on building connections within the specific companies you are interested in.
  3. Location-specific networking: This entails networking tailored to the geographical areas you prefer.

We will manage your LinkedIn account and email ensuring you don’t miss a networking opportunity or interview. In addition to daily chat, your Reverse Recruiter is available every week to schedule Zoom meetings to review the week’s progress and strategize for upcoming weeks.
